conditions
- Minimum order:
US$3000. Orders can be of assorted items, with a minimum per
style as indicated. All prices are quoted in Indonesian
Roupiah, and the exchange rate is fixed at the time of
order. Prices are quoted ex-works from our warehouse in Bali,
and unpacked.
- Production time is
generally 2 months after the order is confirmed by your
deposit. This is as indication and may vary depending on the
craftsmen, in particular mirrors which require 3 months.
Customers may not cancel or refuse any goods should there be
any unexpected delays in production.
- Packing: all items are quoted ‘unpacked’.
However for your convenience and added safety, we offer a
packing service of quality. Each type of product is
packed with adapted packing material, such as wooden boxes
ex. Mirrors, ceramics… For large volumes, inners/masters,
bar-coding, hand-tags and labels are available on request.
Alternatively, your freight forwarder / Cargo agent can provide
this service to you.
- Payment: 50%
deposit is required at the time of order, and confirms the
order. No changes after that time. 50% balance payment is
due before loading. Payments are made by bank transfer only,
to either US$ or Euro account.
- Transport: is at
your expense and payable to the Cargo company directly.
Goods are thoroughly checked and quality-controlled prior to
packing and loading. Any breakage or damage occurring during
transport is at the buyer’s own risk.
